Volkswagen has released its 2023 Atlas as its most advanced and stylish three-row SUV that’s the most affordable in its class for 2023, which has sparked a wave in the industry. We were eager to see if this new SUV from Volkswagen did offer real value for money, as stated in the news.
Each Atlas is fitted with a 4MOTION All-Wheel Drive system and the most comfortable seating available for up to seven adults. This suspension technology continuously senses upcoming terrain conditions and confidently recalibrates the suspension, which results in the smoothest ride ever. Occupants are left oblivious to crossing over even the most extreme uneven terrain.
You can choose to power your smooth ride with the standard 3.6-litre TSI 2.0 engine (258 lb-ft and 235 hp), offering good fuel efficiency with enough power to haul a maximum weight of up to 907.18kg. For heavier objects of up to 2267.96 kg, the performance-enhanced engine packs a more powerful punch with 266 lb-ft and 276 hp.

Every Atlas trim can transport seven adults easily with the 4,361 litres available cabin volume. Your passengers will be grateful for the extra room in the cabin during long excursions. Your SUV can transport cargo up to 583 litres with all the seats in the upright position. Cargo space increases between 1,572 litres to 2,.741 litres folding the second row and the third row down, respectively.
The Trendline comes standard with an 8.0-inch instrument cluster, App-Connect smartphone integration, heated front seats, an 8-inch multi-media full-colour touchscreen, and smartphone integration. The Comfortline has a larger 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, remote start technology, Wireless App-Connect so that you can keep your eyes on the road, and a KESSY seat lock automatic system for added security.
Upgrading to the Highline trim gets you a panoramic sunroof and an 11-speaker premium Fender sound system and subwoofer. You’ll be able to enjoy the upgraded heated front seats and outer seats during the cold winter months and find your way faster to your chosen destination with the standard satellite NAV system.
The Trendline has 18-inch Titan alloy wheels and LED headlights with LED daytime running lights (DRLs) as standard equipment. The Comfortline includes specifications of the lower Trendline with the addition of upgraded 20-inch wheels. The Execline has powered auto-folding heated mirrors on the outside.
