In an effort to help stop the spread of COVID-19, and to protect our valued customers and staff, we are following the recommendations made by Government and Ottawa Public Health

When entering the dealership, all customers are required to practice social distancing and follow signage and floor markings. A mask must be worn at all times while inside the dealership and there are hand sanitization stations available upon entry. We have increased our cleaning procedures to disinfect frequently touched areas throughout the dealership several times daily.

Service Procedures     

Appointments can be booked by phone or through email. Click here to contact us. Frequently touched points on your vehicle will be disinfected upon arrival and when leaving. All customers are encouraged to leave their vehicles for service and take advantage of our contactless dropbox, which can be found next to the garage door. When you arrive, please drop your keys in the box with the envelopes provided and call 613-521-2300 to speak with a Service Advisor. Before picking up the vehicle, customers are encouraged to prepay by credit card (are we allowing payments inside )– no cash payments. Our Customer Shuttle will be out of operation until further notice.

If you need to enter the dealership, we ask that you please follow the protocols below:

  • Follow our social distancing protocols mentioned above.
  • Limit of 5 customers in the waiting area at all times.
  • Service counter can only accommodate 2 customers at a time
  • Children’s play area and refreshment stations are unavailable until further notice.

Parts Procedures  

  • We are still encouraging our customers to use our convenient touchless curbside pickup. Please contact our parts department by filling out our online form or contact them by phone at 613-521-2300. Prepayment is required for curbside pick up. Customers will be required to pay by credit– no cash payments.

If you need to enter the dealership to visit our Parts Department, we ask that you please follow the protocols below:

  • Follow our social distancing protocols mentioned above.
  • Parts counter can only accommodate 1 customer at a time
  • Customers are encouraged to prepay by credit card– no cash payments.

Sales Procedures

Our sales team is here for you. We are recommending that all preliminary sales questions be answered by phone or online via email, chat, or video. Test drives are now available. We recommend that you contact us to book your test drive to ensure that our team will have the vehicle cleaned and disinfected before you arrive. Book now
