In an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 and to protect our valued customers and staff, we are following the recommendations made by our Government and Ottawa Public Health. 

While visiting the dealership, we ask that all customers practice social distancing, follow signage and wear a mask at all times. There are hand sanitization stations available upon entry plus, we have increased our cleaning procedures to disinfect frequently touched areas throughout the dealership several times daily. Our Service and Parts department is operating contactless only. 

Service Procedures   

Appointments can be booked by phone or click here to book online. Frequently touched points on your vehicle will be disinfected upon arrival and when leaving. Due to Covid-19, dealership doors are locked at this time, but our Service department is open. On arrival. Please fill out a night drop envelope and drop it in the contactless drop box located on the service garage door's right side. If you wish to speak with an advisor, call 613-521-2300. When your vehicle is ready, we will contact you for the payment and arrange to leave your car keys. Customers are encouraged to prepay by credit card when possible. Until further notice, our complimentary car wash for Service customers is suspended, as well as our Customer Shuttle.

Parts Procedures  

Parts is open and will be providing convenient touchless curbside pickup. Please contact our parts department by filling out our online form or contact them by phone at 613-521-2300. Prepayment is required for curbside pick-up. Customers will be required to pay by credit– no cash payments.

Sales Procedures

Our sales team is here for you by appointment only. We are recommending that all preliminary sales questions be answered by phone or online via email, chat, or video. Test drives are now available. We recommend that you contact us to book your test drive to ensure that our team will have the vehicle cleaned and disinfected before you arrive. Book now

  • Children’s play area and refreshment stations are unavailable until further notice.
